Vacuum Arc Melting Furnace

This product is a small vacuum arc melting furnace, using tungsten electrode and water-cooled copper crucible. The melting temperature of the equipment can exceed 3000 ℃ and the temperature drops rapidly. The stainless steel water-cooled chamber is equipped with quartz observation window to observe the sample melting, which is very suitable for sample melting, heat treatment and phase diagram study. During smelting, the metal is placed in a water-cooled copper crucible. According to the process requirements, the furnace can be filled with high-purity inert gas to melt the metal by using the high-temperature plasma generated by the arc. The multi station copper crucible can be used for melting a variety of small amount of metal (about 3G ~ 5g per station) in turn. With the side control lever, it can be turned after melting. There is a large station in the middle of the copper crucible for alloy mixed melting (about 25g). The melting furnace is also equipped with vacuum suction casting mould, which can be replaced and installed by users with simple tools. After replacement, the vacuum suction casting function can be realized, and the cylindrical metal sample can be made, which is convenient for subsequent cutting, clamping, analysis and other operations.
