Permanent Magnet Brushless Motor consists of the following main parts:
Asynchronous motor body:
Synchronous motor body is considered as the main part of the motor and the rotor consists of many pole permanent magnet composition, usually using rare earth permanent Magnetic materials. The stator winding adopts AC winding form, generally supporting multiphase (three- phase, four-phase phase or five-phase).
Power electronic inverters:
Its used to convert direct current to alternating current and drive according to the position information of the rotor stator windings, thus controlling the rotation of the motor speed and output torque.
Rotor position sensor:
It is used to detect the position information of the rotor and feed this information back to the controller in order to correctly control the output of the power electronic inverter.
Controller:
Based on the data received from the rotor position sensor and user control commands, the power electronic inverter output is regulated to achieve precise control of the motor. This integrated approach ensures
optimal performance and efficiency in motor operation.
