Structural Features:
* **Rotating Part:** Consists of a central tube, main bearing, anti-slip (centralizing) bearing, lower centralizing bearing, and connectors. The central tube bears the weight of the drill string and the drilling fluid pressure, while both ends are centralized by centralizing bearings.
**Fixed Components:** Includes the housing, upper cover, lower cover, gooseneck tube, lifting ring, and lifting ring pin. The housing serves as the load-bearing component, with an internal oil bath for lubrication and cooling of the bearings. The gooseneck tube at the top of the upper cover connects to a water hose.
**Sealing Components:** Employs a floating quick-release flushing pipe assembly with a dynamic seal between it and the central pipe. This seal is achieved through an overlapping arrangement of a Y-shaped sealing ring and a steel spacer ring, self-sealing under drilling fluid pressure. Even after wear, it maintains excellent sealing performance.
**Tightening/Locking Components:** Equipped with an air motor, gears, and a one-way pneumatic friction clutch for tightening and loosening the drill string.
