Transformer oil vacuum filtration machines are primarily used for purifying transformer oil, insulating oil, and other similar oils.

Core Functions:
**Water and Gas Removal:** Vacuum negative pressure lowers the boiling point of water and gases in the oil, causing water to evaporate and gases to escape, resolving issues of oil emulsification and gas content.
**Impurity Filtration:** Equipped with a multi-stage filtration system (such as a three-stage filtration area design), it removes solid particulate impurities from the oil, improving oil cleanliness.
**Oil Regeneration:** Some models can combine decolorization and adsorption functions to remove aging products (such as gums and asphalt) from the oil, restoring its insulating properties and service life.

Working Principle:
**Heating Pretreatment:** The oil is heated to approximately 50°C by the heating system, reducing viscosity and increasing fluidity to facilitate water evaporation (excessive oil temperature can lead to oxidation and must be strictly controlled).

**Vacuum Separation:** The heated oil is sprayed into a mist within the vacuum tank, increasing the contact area with air. Water and gases rapidly vaporize under vacuum negative pressure, and the vapor is discharged through the vacuum extraction port.

Filtration and Purification: After vacuum separation, the oil enters the filtration system, where residual impurities are removed through filter paper or filter elements, ultimately yielding clean oil.

Applications:

Transformer Maintenance: For example, during the maintenance of a 110kV transformer, a circulating filtration system is formed by connecting the transformer's oil outlet to the oil filter's inlet pipe and the outlet to the oil tank's fast oil inlet. This removes moisture, impurities, and aging products from the oil, restoring its insulation performance.

Insulating Oil Maintenance: Used for the periodic purification of insulating oil in power systems to prevent oil deterioration from causing a decrease in equipment insulation.

Other Industrial Oil Processing: Some models can process low-viscosity lubricating oils and hydraulic oils, removing moisture and impurities and extending equipment lifespan.

High-Efficiency Separation: The combination of vacuum negative pressure and heating results in high efficiency in removing water and gas, reducing the water content in the oil to extremely low levels.

High Filtration Accuracy: Through a multi-stage filtration structure, impurity filtration accuracy can reach 30 microns, increasing the oil's withstand voltage by more than 20kV after a single filtration.

Easy to move: Some models adopt a trolley design (such as the 800 kg trolley oil filter), which is convenient for on-site movement and installation.
