Liquid Level Transducers

Liquid Level Transducers are industrial level measurement instruments primarily used for continuously monitoring liquid levels and converting the level signal into a transmittable electrical signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, etc.). They are widely used in automated level control and monitoring systems in water treatment, chemical, power, and environmental protection industries.

Features
Structural Composition: Consists of a stainless steel probe (corrosion-resistant, high-precision sensing element), a signal conversion module (blue main body, with built-in circuitry to convert the liquid level pressure signal into a standard electrical signal), and connecting cables (black cable, used for signal transmission and power supply).

Working Principle: Based on the principle of hydrostatic pressure, the probe is immersed in the liquid, and the liquid level is calculated by measuring the hydrostatic pressure exerted on the probe. It is unaffected by liquid density, viscosity, or air bubbles, resulting in high measurement accuracy.

Models: Common models include JY-P261 (corrosion-resistant, suitable for corrosive liquids), MIK-P261-2008 (immersion type, emphasizing protection), and LPB210 (general-purpose, cost-effective). Different models vary in materials, measurement range, and protection ratings (e.g., IP68/IP67).

Applications: Suitable for level monitoring in sedimentation tanks and reaction tanks in water treatment plants; level control in reaction vessels and storage tanks in the chemical industry; and wastewater treatment and landfill leachate treatment in the environmental protection field.
